well don't know how long acctually but in my call center (where i'm the TL) the record is 6hr and 33min. (This is a continues call without put down the phone and call back)
WAU if you for 9 hr a days minus 1 hr lunch mean that around 70% of your working hour is on the call.
This mean wasting resources and phone bill for the call centre!!! anyway is there anyone who know the longest call this this one? Do let me know if you know
